IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you have an emergency condition with your home that presents an imminent danger of harm to persons or damage to property, you should contact emergency service personnel (e.g., fire department) or the relevant utility provider (e.g., gas company, electric company, etc.) as appropriate. At any time during the John Thomas Homes Warranty period, should you experience an emergency situation (as defined in the QBW Limited Warranty Agreement), please refer to the list of plumbing, heating, and electrical contractors that was provided to you at closing. For additional convenience we have adhered this list to the inside of your electric panel. Should the emergency not involve these types of contractors, please call John Thomas Homes Warranty during normal business hours Monday through Friday at 770-945-3600.
